@jet2tweets booked holiday last min and v few seats to choose on return flight, 2 adults and 10 yo.All prepped to sit in different rows so what a lovely surprise at check in to find we’d been moved so 10 yo was next to dad and I got emerg exit seat, few rows behind. Thanks

@nectarsleep your mattress is comfortable but we bought your mattress protector too and every single day the bed sheets are coming off the bed. Surface of both is too slippery against each other.

@greateranglia Staff said no paid taxis as incident been going on 6 hours by then….the 2358 was showing as delayed not cancelled until well after 2300.

@greateranglia I have just arrived to find the 2358 to Bishops Stortford cancelled.are you putting taxis or rail replacement on?

@greateranglia Very poor. Had to get National exp to Stansted arriving 0100, 50 min wait for local bus to Bish Stort. If you aren’t running ANY trains then station staff should advise paid taxis or replacement bus whole way not telling lone females late at night to get buses from Epping.

@nectar I’m having issues with refund vouchers. I built up quite a few as my scan shops kept putting Pepsi max 12 pack through at usual price. The refund vouchers all have the same barcode on and one got scanned and it wipes them all

@SubwayHelpUKROI it’s 7pm and I’ve just been inside your Bishops Stortford store. Sign up saying open, time on door and website saying 8pm. What’s going on? Man at counter has all food cleared away and tells me closed! Disappointing.
