I'm hoping someone is letting the government know the impact of owing contractors on the security gaps across the country. Not every government contractor is seeking to fund elections, and they need not be punished unduly for taking government contracts.

If they fail to pay their workers, human capital development will be impaired. Having more people carry guns across the states won’t end crimes if contractors are owed in perpetuity. They should be prioritized, in my view. 🚜
