@cashflow_king94 0-100k in 2 years is seriously impressive congratulations! I’m on around 80k largely through diverse dividend paying stocks which re invest. I recently opened up another ISA in 212 to now focus on monthly investments in to an ETF to keep things simple.

@MoneySavingExp Don’t do it. Lending money to family is often just a gift with a side of resentment. They own THREE properties—they aren't broke, they’re "asset rich and cash poor." They need a liquidation plan, not your house deposit. Don't set yourself on fire to keep others warm. 🚩

@robprogressive Well said. For many, the 'math' just isn't mathing anymore. High taxation combined with a lack of clear growth makes it hard to justify the risk of staying. If we want to keep the talent and the capital here, the environment has to be pro-opportunity, not just pro-regulation.
