That happening on a national scale all across the country impacts the economy.

While saving "billions" in government spend which you'll never see a dime, you will feel the pain of the strain unemployment takes on the economy, coupled with tariffs, and increased cost of goods due to rising inflation.

Drink water
Go outside and get 10 to 15 minutes of sun each day.

Your oral hygiene & health are crucial to doing well in porn.

I've put people on my no list for bad oral hygiene, because there is no reason you can't have a clean and healthy mouth when you come to set.

Brush and floss your teeth, brush your gums, brush your tongue, twice a day at the absolute minimum.

Don't just use mouthwash & gum. 😒

Go. To. The. Dentist.
At least once a year at the bare minimum, but I recommend twice a year.

Every moment is a chance for a good or bad first impression. I've seen talent at testing facilities, the grocery store, expos, on set passing each other, etc.
