@SingtelSupport yo is there something wrong with your service ? apparently it only happens when i play game and i will have packet loss from valorant and csgo ? whilst running speed test its showing 900+ upload and download speed. its been happening for a few days and annoying.

@SingtelSupport hi it only occurs when playing online games, i have tried everything from flushdns to restarting all my router equipment to changing lan port, pls advise what i should do now else sometimes when i restart the game it will fix the issue, majority of the time it doesnt
