@CaffeinaWeb3 I think the moment they will stop seeing it that way is when something they buy appreciates in value. It isn't the purpose of the game but it is a facet of it. And I think as I continue this project of writing about web3 you will see I value all of it.

@CaffeinaWeb3 I think where I come from is that like in trading baseball cards or being in Pokémon you can do that for the love of baseball or for the joy of the game. You can also do it because you like collecting shit. And the people who hate on web3 put it all together as one big scam.
Every Web3 game says they're "Steam-bound." Almost none make it past Valve's policy wall.
