Hey @Lowes I’m very disappointed in your CX. I paid extra to have my washer and dryer delivered today. Driver arrived, said my driveway was too difficult to get up. Said only option was to cancel the order or they leave them at curb. 50’ from my door, wouldn’t even cart it in!?

Manager said they will send another driver out in 2 days but will most likely have the same outcome. Why do @Lowes delivery drivers not push a washer in dryer on a fridge cart 50’ into my house. I am so mad am so in shock.

Was on phone for over 2 hours with multiple customer service reps who were awful. A few told me they could come back with a smaller truck, finally i escalated to a manager who said Lowe’s 3rd party delivery service is awful and don’t have small trucks.
