Sometimes I get really disgusted with our Federal government. They are just so SLOW when it comes to catching up with the actual needs of our citizens across the nation. The states are much quicker. My name is Christopher john Webb, and as your president in 2028, I plan to drastically improve on that record. One of the ways that I will accomplish this is by RAISING the federal minimum wage. Unfortunately this has not been raised properly in a very long time. Many states have already done this. It is time that our nation's lowest paid workers received a raise. It will be my plan to raise the federal minimum wage to the average of the combination of all of the states with a higher MINIMUM wage than the current federal MINIMUM wage of $7.25 an hour. This will raise the federally mandated minimum wage from $7.25 an hour to $13.64 an hour. By doing so, this will have an upwards effect on other wages. So it will not simply affect the lowest paid workers. Some states will still have a higher minimum wage due to their states legislation, however, the rest of the states will see a substantial increase. As prices continue to soar out of control, this simple measure will raise the quality of life for millions of American families. They not only NEED it. THEY DESERVE IT. Doesn't it bother the citizens of this nation that here we are one year into Donald Trump's second term as president and we haven't heard a single new plan from him on how he intends to address our nation's biggest problems. It certainly bothers me.  My name is Christopher John ``Chris” Webb, Oklahoma drivers license ##W084069189, a homeless man on the street in downtown Tulsa Oklahoma. Over the past couple of years I have traveled this nation and seen first hand the problems that are destroying our nation. With this in mind I have formulated plans (over 60 of them) to address these issues. I have no doubt whatsoever that If elected, every single one of my plans will pass with bi partisian support. These include promises to do the following: 1. immediately secure our border and record and track all future entrants. 2. Implement a system to track and properly tax all immigrants currently in the nation, giving them an absolute path to full citizenship, while removing any undesirables or non-compliants, permanently from the country. 3. Immediately implement a fingerprint identification system that will protect our financial and election systems from fraud, giving Americans  the peace of mind that they deserve, while giving us the most convenient, complete, and accurate elections in the history of the United States of America. 4. I will  implement security upgrades using this same system at all airports and secure areas within the nation. 5. I will ELIMINATE fraud in all governmental assistance programs nationwide, and ensure the same level of care and service in every state that receives funding from the federal government, regardless of state of residence using my AFIS fingerprint system. 6. I will set up a homeless and low income housing and transition program that will assist these people in rejoining mainstream society and become working, voting, and taxpaying Americans. 7 I will upgrade the affordable care act to eliminate gaps in certain demographic groups of people, as well as take on pharmaceutical companies to ensure that ALL Americans can get the medications they need. 8. I will attack and if possible ELIMINATE the trafficking of human beings within this nation. 9. I will set up a nationwide militia program to give citizens the training needed to defend themselves in the event of an invasion on American soil. 10. I will crack down on organized crime including street gangs to allow our citizens the safety and security that they deserve. 11.I will  enforce the United States constitution nationwide and hold violators criminally responsible for violating these sacred rights. 12.I will  restore a working environment that does not oppress or discriminate against a person's right to live the American dream. 13.I will restore the public's trust in our government and public servants by holding these people accountable for their actions that violate that public trust. 14. I will reduce imports on imported goods from non democratic nations showing the rest of the world that we will not trade with those countries, while encouraging a buy “AMERICAN” program that keeps American money where it belongs. IN AMERICA. I  will drastically reduce the amount of illegal narcotics coming into this country and addicting or killing our citizens. I will increase the federal minimum wage to an average of all of the current STATES minimum wage. Finally I will provide COST OF LIVING increases for recipients of all government benefits. This is an update on the capabilities of the STARLINK broadband weapons platform and it's capabilities. As previously stated this system has the power to OVERRIDE and HACK into ANY cellular telephone, computer, Point of sale, and financial institution or ATM that uses BROADBAND specifically STARLINK at any POINT in its path from origin to destination. This allows those CONTROLLING this system to put liens against citizens names, or debit or credit accounts and place a lien against cards that have the individuals name printed on them. When the citizen uses CREDIT, the merchant is given an authorization code and the customer leaves. Record of this transaction then is erased and the funds are returned not to the customer but instead to the person or group who placed the lien against the name or card resulting in merchants NOT being paid. This is causing businesses to lose money and is an attack on our financial system. I will go into more detail later

As stated earlier, anything that uses broadband through starlink is now considered unsafe and compromised. This includes the ONSTAR systems on vehicles. Even if the occupant is not a subscriber. I have personally experienced this same or similar scenario. Today I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe from the carmart in Enid. It has brand new tires, not leaking fluids and has plenty of new oil and is not leaking either, yet the ANTICHRIST using starlink has made the vehicle completely uncontrollable twice as if I were on ice almost wrecking me twice. I drove it to Alva to see my children and granddaughters. I started back and the vehicle began smoking from heat of the engine block. I only made it to Cherokee and could not find my phone to get this information out to the public so I attempted to return to Alva. The vehicle stopped accelerating and showed the oil light at idle and a flicker when I attempted to accelerate the engine. The temperature gauge showed all the way overheated. I was stranded between Cherokee and Alva. I killed the engine and waited 5 minutes before slowly driving to Alva. The engine quickly returned to normal on the gauge. Once I arrived in Alva, the vehicle was locked out as stolen. We reset the computer with a hard reset and immediately locked itself out again as stolen to prevent me from moving. I removed the tag since it carries my name and a special agent for the Secretary of the United States treasurer to protect it. I received permission from the store owner in Alva Oklahoma across from loves to leave my vehicle without a tag until tomorrow. I purchased this vehicle today from car mart in Enid Oklahoma for $1500 cash and the vehicle carries full coverage insurance in my name. This is all being done through starlink to try and keep me from protecting you. I have to be at my job in Medford Oklahoma at the gas plant Monday morning and I have now lost my bed at the Salvation army homeless shelter in Enid and I have no money either. I just went to a bank in Enid Oklahoma that uses broadband at some point in their ATM system. It read my card and then immediately went to the end screen that said "thank you for banking with us" it wouldn't even let me enter my pin. (My name is not printed on any of my cards simply because the ANTICHRIST using STARLINK BROADBAND needs those names and they cannot access our banking system because it's not on broadband. I immediately went to another bank that does NOT use broadband and withdrew $1,000 in cash to buy a vehicle. Our citizens personal information is NOT safe or protected if they are using BROADBAND.
