Doesn't it bother the citizens of this nation that here we are one year into Donald Trump's second term as president and we haven't heard a single new plan from him on how he intends to address our nation's biggest problems. It certainly bothers me.  My name is Christopher John ``Chris” Webb, Oklahoma drivers license ##W084069189, a homeless man on the street in downtown Tulsa Oklahoma. Over the past couple of years I have traveled this nation and seen first hand the problems that are destroying our nation. With this in mind I have formulated plans (over 60 of them) to address these issues. I have no doubt whatsoever that If elected, every single one of my plans will pass with bi partisian support. These include promises to do the following: 1. immediately secure our border and record and track all future entrants. 2. Implement a system to track and properly tax all immigrants currently in the nation, giving them an absolute path to full citizenship, while removing any undesirables or non-compliants, permanently from the country. 3. Immediately implement a fingerprint identification system that will protect our financial and election systems from fraud, giving Americans  the peace of mind that they deserve, while giving us the most convenient, complete, and accurate elections in the history of the United States of America. 4. I will  implement security upgrades using this same system at all airports and secure areas within the nation. 5. I will ELIMINATE fraud in all governmental assistance programs nationwide, and ensure the same level of care and service in every state that receives funding from the federal government, regardless of state of residence using my AFIS fingerprint system. 6. I will set up a homeless and low income housing and transition program that will assist these people in rejoining mainstream society and become working, voting, and taxpaying Americans. 7 I will upgrade the affordable care act to eliminate gaps in certain demographic groups of people, as well as take on pharmaceutical companies to ensure that ALL Americans can get the medications they need. 8. I will attack and if possible ELIMINATE the trafficking of human beings within this nation. 9. I will set up a nationwide militia program to give citizens the training needed to defend themselves in the event of an invasion on American soil. 10. I will crack down on organized crime including street gangs to allow our citizens the safety and security that they deserve. 11.I will  enforce the United States constitution nationwide and hold violators criminally responsible for violating these sacred rights. 12.I will  restore a working environment that does not oppress or discriminate against a person's right to live the American dream. 13.I will restore the public's trust in our government and public servants by holding these people accountable for their actions that violate that public trust. 14. I will reduce imports on imported goods from non democratic nations showing the rest of the world that we will not trade with those countries, while encouraging a buy “AMERICAN” program that keeps American money where it belongs. IN AMERICA. I  will drastically reduce the amount of illegal narcotics coming into this country and addicting or killing our citizens. I will increase the federal minimum wage to an average of all of the current STATES minimum wage. Finally I will provide COST OF LIVING increases for recipients of all government benefits. PLAN TO IMPROVE OUR NATION'S PUBLIC SAFETY

One of our nation's biggest problems these past few years has been PUBLIC SAFETY. We have become very complacent in that area, especially at night. Our citizens deserve better. A large part of this problem comes from this thing people call “RIGHTS''. The street gangs and criminal organizations have destroyed much of the peace and happiness that most Americans enjoy. They charge citizens fines for things that are in their phones, or for things that are not even against the law. When these illegal fines are not paid, these groups term these people in and take everything that they own including their names. These groups are destroying our nation. It is my belief that these street gangs, groups, gangs, etc MUST be destroyed in the best interest of our people. My name is Christopher John “Chris Caro" Webb, and as your president in 2028, I intend to attack these groups with the full resources of the United States of America. We will punish anyone charging fines, violating our citizens civil rights, oppressing their freedoms and/or charging payments to live or work in this free nation. We will charge these groups as organized criminal organizations allowing for longer sentences and group/conspiracy charging. These groups are trafficking women and children, oppressing citizens, forcing people to pay their extortion fees just to be able to hold a job, or get credit. We will create large scale REGIONAL task forces to work together to bring these groups down. I also intend to increase police patrols at night across the entire nation. This must be done with actual trained law enforcement. The groups controlling the streets at night are far more interested in terming a person and taking their name than they are in putting people into jail. TERMS are ILLEGAL. They violate the constitutionally protected rights of every citizen they victimize. A person's name is the most basic guaranteed fundable right that a person has. We will charge those doing this with murder, official oppression, and grand larceny of that person's property, as well as forgery and fraud for changing that person's wills and other legal documents.  We must INCREASE the police presence nationwide at night time. This is critical. We must show these citizens that their safety is our key mission. By increasing these patrols, and by enforcing the exact same laws and rules at night, as during the daytime, we can once again make the night time hours a safe place for our citizens to be. NO ONE has the right to steal from you. NO ONE has the right to snatch our young people off the streets and throw them in an 18 wheeler and send them off to be sold in Wyoming. NO ONE has the right to enter your home, vehicle, cellular telephone, or motel room without following the legal procedures, and obtaining the required consent, probable cause, or search warrant. WE WILL CHARGE THESE VIOLATORS WITH CRIMINAL OFFENSES.. These are our citizens. They work. They vote. They pay taxes. The reason that they do this is so that they can avail themselves of the freedoms that Americans enjoy. 24 hours a day. I believe that these increased patrols and better enforcement will get these bad actors off the streets and in prison where they belong. That's why we have prisons. It is my plan to restore the public's trust in our nation's law enforcement. This is our country and we will take it back. I plan to drastically eliminate Human trafficking by making it a mandatory death penalty offense for a first offense. I plan to unite this nation by allowing a more equal enforcement of legally established laws regardless of race, color, or social group, or RIGHTS.  I plan to have all states pass criminal legislation that allows for the state level prosecution of violations of our United States' constitution, and I intend to fully prosecute these violations at the federal level as well. I was out  in the Capital Heights neighborhood of downtown Denver Colorado a couple of weeks ago talking with a friend of mine named Paul. We were discussing the high prices in our country at the moment,and one of the things that he mentioned was the fact that his social security doesn't keep up with the rapidly changing costs of goods and services. I think most Americans could make that same statement. My name is Christopher John Webb, a homeless man (at the time) talking to people in the Cheesman park area in  Denver, Colorado, and as your president in 2028, it will be  my mission to fix problems like those. Everyone knows that the federal government is REALLY slow to catch up with the trends of this nation, and even slower to catch up with the needs of the people on the streets. The way that I will correct this miscarriage of government justice is in the following manner. I will make a list of 100 or more items that almost all Americans use, forming a cost index. This list will include things such as eggs, milk, and sugar, but will also contain things such as toilet paper and light bulbs as well as cable television, electricity, and hourly rates for electrical and plumbing contractors. I will also list the benefit amounts at that same time. These numbers will be used to form a baseline.  This baseline will be for prices and benefits at the PRE COVID levels. It is my plan to measure the rise or fall in this cost index every three months. The percentage in change will determine the change (rise or fall) in your benefit amount for the following 3 months. These will be backdated to PRE COVID levels since they have not been adjusted fairly these past few years. This will be updated every 3 months and form a percentage benefit to expense ratio. This ratio will then be used to adjust ALL government benefit and assistance programs to give these recipients immediate cost of living increases or decreases on their government funding or benefits, based on the ACTUAL costs of these common goods and services. Due to the fact that these benefits have not been adjusted correctly since the beginning of COVID, EVERYONE will receive a substantial increase in their first check. It is time to give the people the relief that they deserve. The only thing that YOU need to do is  ELECT THE HOMELESS GOOD FATHER AND VOTE CHRISTOPHER JOHN WEBB FOR PRESIDENT IN 2028.
