The past few years college tuition has risen so high that most average young people cannot afford to attend. These young people are always in a fierce competition for any and all available grants or scholarships. I believe that ALL people should have the same access to a higher education whether or NOT they can afford it. With this in mind I propose the following upgrades to your curriculum programs. This is mandatory for all state and taxpayer funded institutions,and a recommendation for all others it is now time to combine successful business ventures with our school systems. This will give the students hands-on experience with the latest cutting edge equipment and technology while at the same time giving the public access to some services at a lower cost than traditional services. Such as a precious metals or trace elements refinery that accepts raw ore and other items, an automotive shop, an aircraft manufacturer, etc. These types of industries under the proper supervision will make millions for the university thereby lowering tuition costs across the board, while at the same time providing the public with a service or goods at a slightly lower cost than from an individual business owner. This makes perfect sense and is long overdue. These young people are our future. Let's lower the burden on them and their families while at the same time serving the community. For the past 2 days I have been in Eufaula, Oklahoma at a motel. The only problem is that one of the occupants of the room was a high ranking person in the ANTICHRIST. She is in a wheelchair/walker and that is the innocence of their evil. We have already killed 2 of these demons in Colorado, both ironically were named Dee, however they were extensions of the evil known as John mouton or similar spelling. These are the people who are the ones that the Bible says came “to steal, kill, and destroy”. In this case, her name is MO on the street. I don't know her actual name. They are a part of the cartel group known as CERASHA. THEY NEED THOSE NAMES. This woman has killed thousands of people. She even killed my granddaughter. It is just as I stated in my paper titled “terror cells in America”. These are the people who think that they have RIGHTS. Trust me, the only rights these people hold were given to them by the devil. If you refer back to my paper titled “SAFEGUARDING YOUR FUTURE” these are the demons that I am talking about. They exercise RIGHTS to a person, term them and CEREEGEHE them and then the body is like a timeshare. These are the same people who are giving me those charges in Woods County. They are the ones who were using Cummings and Crump likeness or name. They are just some of the demons illegally settling those cases and stealing the money. Remember people there are over 30 000 small cells around the nation and each one has those two names (or versions of them) in charge of the Genocide on natives, needed ingredients the human trafficking pipeline, and controlling the narcotics trade. There are many others. This threat is real. I have been overhearing conversations since yesterday between alien life beings in a deep autobot like voice. unknowingly emit vapors simulating certain illegal substances including narcotics, for the purpose of “FRAMING” the driver, and/or the person named on the tag.
These organized criminals seek to have these innocent purchasers of vehicles “HELD OVER” or TERMED INSANE” for the fraudulent purposes as laid out in the previous paragraphs by charging them fraudulently for “STEALING A VEHICLE” or for things such as messages in an email or cellphone, even though both of these are protected under the 4th ammendment to the United States constitution
These organized criminals also attempt to have their victims determined insane by claiming that they are using “dangerous non existent drugs” that they have scared the entire world into believing are dangerous and that their victim is using them.
The definition of HELD OVER simply means that their victim has been charged, tried, convicted, and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole under another person's name, without even having a chance to appear in court. Essentially the victim ends up spending the remainder of his life In prison or on death row for something that one of the organized criminal organizations members have committed and the victim does the time in another state under that other name so that his family can never find him
Under the equal protection and due process clauses to the United States constitution, certain steps must be taken in order to find someone legally insane. The first step is to have a competent person determined to be a danger to himself or others. At that point he can be confined under the Baker act or Abbott act, for a short period of time while he is evaluated to see if this continues. If it does after numerous hearings and attorneys the person can be committed but he does NOT forfeit the rights to his name, or to any constitutional protections. Anything other than that procedure is illegal under state and federal law and a violation of several provisions of the United States constitution.
This group is known to me as the ANTICHRIST, however, in the conspiracy charging protocol, every member of their group can be charged with every one of these offenses even though he may have only committed one of the acts as they ALL acted in a criminal conspiracy which was to result in genocide, human trafficking, fraud, etc.
