@devoidofliberty @GasBuddyGuy Correct. USA could halt exports and refine all lightcrude for diesel. It will create an excess of naptha/gas/ngl and be totally inefficient, but it is possible for USA to be self sustainable without any imports by doing this. But I was including Canada in my original statement
