If you report the elite to the police, he has a chance of bribing his way out of the situation and frustrate you out of the case. You are most likely not going to outspend the alleged scammer. Aside this, if you engage a lawyer to submit a petition for you, the lawyer will get paid, police will request for money for mobilization to approve the petition, secure an arrest warrant and run the necessary errands. If you are lucky to even get your money back, police will ask you for percentage of the money. Time can also be wasted on it before you get result.
But with VDM with just a single or two videos, zero legal and police cost and zero chance of getting frustrated out of the case or facing all these problems. If he gets to also involve the police through a petition, which I’ve seen him doing, you are less likely to be asked for money for mobilisation fee or approval of the petition or even percentage of your recovered sum. Also, you are less likely to waste time on the case to achieve result.
Using the above, it’s easy to tell which option you will mostly likely go for.
See the clowns talking about nobility? 😂 fucking retards 😂 na hypocrisy go kpai all of you, e reach vdm turn una remember say e dey unlawful to wear the indomie wig lmfao
Twenty-four years after I attended my first Annual General Conference as a newly called lawyer and watched the baton of leadership pass to a new President, I stood before the same Association today to receive it myself.
I receive this office with gratitude for those who ran before me, humility for the trust placed in me, and a solemn determination to run my own leg faithfully.
May it be said, when this tenure is over, that the Bar became bolder; that lawyers felt seen, protected and empowered; and that we left the Nigerian Bar Association stronger than we met it.
The work begins today.

This FBI has brought back two high-value targets from Nigeria to the United States to face justice for alleged sextortion crimes targeting minors.
🔺 Adebola Festus Adekunle and Mudasiru Afeez Olawale were arrested in Nigeria in 2023 and are now on U.S. soil.
🔺 The charges include sexual exploitation of minors, coercion and enticement, extortion, distribution and production of child sexual abuse material, and other offenses.
🔺 One of these alleged schemes resulted in the death of a child.
They were overseas for three years. Now they’re back on U.S. soil to answer for the charges against them.

In 2020, all I had was ₦20,000 I made from my days of playing Bet9ja.
My girlfriend at the time, who is now my wife, was a fresher at the University of Ibadan and needed some money to start a business.
I honestly didn’t think twice.
I sent her the money and supported her as she started her perfume business.
Later that same year, I made some really bad decisions.
A friend and I took money from some friends to trade with, and we lost everything.
We ran into serious debts, and things became crazy.
I had to sell almost everything I had.
I was depressed.
I got to a point where I considered selling one of my kidneys just to pay off the debts.
I even considered suicide.
Yeah, it was that terrible.
But while all of this was happening, something else was happening too.
My girlfriend’s business was growing.
And not just growing a little.
It was doing really well.
She was young. Beautiful. A student. She had her own money. She had every reason to walk away from a man who had nothing to offer at that point.
But she stayed.
She took care of me.
She fed me.
She clothed me.
She supported me.
She stood by me through what was probably the lowest point of my life.
Looking back now, I realise that she could have left.
There were probably many women who would have.
She had enough reasons to choose herself and walk away.
But she didn’t.
She stayed.
Today, when I think about the woman I have beside me, I don’t just see my wife.
I see the young girl who believed in me when I had nothing.
I remember those sacrifices.
I remember those difficult days.
And I just want to say:
Thank you, my woman. ❤️
Thank you for staying.
Thank you for believing.
Thank you for loving me when loving me wasn’t convenient.
I will never forget.

@PrincessEmyykee@ayamchuka90@itoashe The same profession that brought in a president that forged his document? The same profession that is now singing on your mandate we shall stand?😂😂😂😂
