Well I suppose I learned last summer that life is short, definitely too short for holding grudges.  So when @GamebredFighter said he wanted to sit down and break bread of course I took him up on it.  Today he came to Wisconsin, sat down had some dinner and chatted it up.  Turns out we have more in common than different 👊👊👊  Felt great to bury the hatchet and make a new friend.  Life is too short to hold grudges, bury hatchets and move one with your life.  So glad Jorge was able to come to Wisconsin today.

@Homiedino @IcyVert Nothing to do with being under center and everything to do with the amount of practice reps these guys get. No more 2 and 3 a days means less practice which means you have to dumb the system down to fit what it is you can practice and teach in a training camp.

@IcyVert The amount of practice time has been cut significantly. When Phil was in hs and college he had 3 a days. That means he got nearly 8-9 hour a day on a field practicing live reps. Now most players get maybe 2-3 hour a day in live practice. With less practice means less details.

@new_era72 Yes but it’s not discrediting that portion of his career, it’s pointing out that once he lost his legs and ability to extend he couldn’t adapt to being a strict drop back qb. Similar to what we’re seeing with hurts now.

A veteran nurse, Gayle Kasparian, took an unusual step for the time and placed the twins in the same incubator. Within minutes, Brielle’s breathing steadied, her oxygen levels rose, and her heart rate calmed. A photograph captured Kyrie resting her tiny arm over her sister.

Brielle recovered, and the image, known as “The Rescuing Hug,” spread worldwide. Research soon confirmed that co-bedding and skin-to-skin contact help premature infants regulate temperature, avoid infections, and survive at higher rates.

Today, this practice is standard in NICUs. A simple act of closeness became a medical breakthrough.

@bdubsports_ No, I think it’s the amount of rules that have been put on tackling. Can’t go high, can’t go low, can’t hip drop tackle. when rules change, coaching techniques change. Hawk tackling was developed after 🪖to🪖was banned. Which is essentially hip drop. Now this is the result.
