The “Break Up Big Medicine Act” also needs to include the major drug wholesalers (Cardinal Health, McKesson, Cencora) out there from owning their own pharmacies and specialty pharmacies.

Why should they be making money on the same transaction twice?

Once by selling the drug to their own pharmacies, and second by billing an insurance company for payment for said drug through their own pharmacy.
