As a survivor of Massachusetts DCF's systemic failures, I'm calling on @FBI to investigate fresh evidence of document tampering and cover-up in my case.

In 1998, at 17, a disabled minor with ADHD/PTSD and other mental health issues, DCF abandoned me after a family crisis. They explicitly instructed me to "find my own place to live" and refused placement. No due process, just left me homeless.

Then they fabricated a "happy ending" in records: claimed I was stable, employed, engaged, despite zero contact after May 1998.

I requested my records in 2024. In February 2025, DCF's legal team (Michael FitzPatrick) sent files with "redactions" that weren't secure. Simple OCR exposed everything, including the abandonment and inconsistencies.

This isn't a dusty old crime, it's active tampering THIS YEAR to hide violations.

When I appealed to the Public Records Division with proof, they refused to rule on the redactions' legality, closing my case without accountability.

These docs prove DCF willfully abandoned a minor and is still covering it up. I've submitted to FBI Civil Rights and ACLU, but need your help to break through. @FBIBoston @FBI, please investigate.
