@Fibromyalgiacs I try to go swimming/aqua every morning. Without it I go down hill within days. Even in days when I feel really bad if my carer can persuade me and I go it's amazing the difference it makes. I call it "medication" now. It's not only good for my body it's good for the mind too!

@Eluned_Allen @fmauk I feel the same! I put a brave face in and struggle through every day! Just because I have finally got a handle on it (most of the time!) Smile, make an effort to be sociable, be the best friend, wife and mum I can I get penalised for it by people assuming I'm 'well' or 'better'.

Party last night! Although I can't dance, flit from person to person or drink I've come a long way! One wine, bar stool, people watching while I sing and giggle around on my stool! Enjoyed myself and proud of myself....bit different from the severe claustrophobia I did have!
