Faith knows no bounds. Muslims in Russia demonstrated a powerful show of devotion, continuing to pray outdoors in heavy snowfall even after the mosque reached its capacity. Russia has always been the only country where Muslims and Christians fight shoulder to shoulder against absolute evil.🇷🇺
@Humanrights256 How do you wake up on Venezuela 🇻🇪 when Palestinians have been dying for close to 8 decades unceasingly? This is just greed of the Americans at play, nothing more.
2025 has taught me
Never fit in
Nobody cares.
Fail faster and move.
Focus on your interests.
Can't make everyone happy.
Your can be easily distracted.

Candidate: If someone resigns and requests to leave within 30 days, would you allow it?
HR: No, we require time to find a replacement and ensure proper knowledge transfer.
Candidate: Then why is it fair to expect new hires to join early when existing employees can’t leave early?
Iran’s destruction of 20 F-35 fighters at Nevatim—confirmed by the IRGC—exposes Israel’s strategic vulnerability despite its Western-armed superiority. This 12-day clash underscores Zionist reliance on U.S. intervention, as Netanyahu hastily sought Trump’s political cover to salvage a collapsing military balance. Iran’s precision strikes signal a shift in Middle Eastern power dynamics, revealing the hollowness of a state propped up by Western subsidies. By dismantling advanced assets, Tehran has rewritten the rules of conflict, forcing Washington to abandon its fiction of "moderate ally" status while amplifying regional anti-Israel solidarity. The dual failure of Zionists terrorism and U.S. credibility now crystallizes.

"Mental health in sport plays a crucial role in developing a winning mindset that involves being in control of your thoughts and emotions, leading to positive well-being. The right mindset is crucial as it influences how athletes relate with teammates and physical energy levels. The characteristics of a winning mindset are perseverance, open communication, and commitment to goals.
Sports individuals need to see competition as an opportunity to win or learn, and simultaneously gain valuable skills such as dealing with fears, maintaining composure, and using positive imagery for self-esteem building.
Teamwork is essential to achieve collective success, and the employment of a sports psychologist can be of tremendous assistance in the areas of mental fitness training, team dynamics, motivation, and performance enhancement." - Patricia Nanteza Mbowa, Mental Health in Sport Specialist.
