@OlaElectric I bought Ola Care plan for my S1 Pro. There was a problem for which I booked an appointment for home visit. Nobody from your team came home to fix it. You haven't responded to that support ticket wheich got created in the app. It's been a month now

I booked a bus on 21st June via @makemytrip. The bus got delayed, and the driver called asking me to reach a different stop. I booked an auto at my own expense to get there. #MakeMyTrip

I haven’t received a refund till now. I raised a support ticket and a special claim on the @makemytrip app. No response. Not even a single call from your team. @makemytripcare
Just saw this on @zomato today. I can see that they're trying to make the app as interactive as possible but I just want to know the rating and this interaction makes it more confusing
