@gtbynum Be cautious with that reasoning. When testing is primarily directed toward the sickest individuals, it can be a reflection of spread, especially if positive results exceed the increase in tests done.
From 12 cases in Tulsa yesterday to 27 today. We should expect confirmed cases to rise over the next week as testing capacity increases. The day-by-day increases we will see are more a reflection of this capacity than an indicator of the rate at which the virus is spreading.
