Encouragingly, we found trial quality has been improving year on year. With stronger methodological training, journal standards, and open science practices, this evidence base can better serve the people itโs meant to help.

What drew me to this work is that it sits right where mental health meets research reproducibility. Trustworthy evidence synthesis depends on transparent, well-reported trials: pre-registration, clear methods, open reporting.
