@ubereats_uk still struggling to understand why I cannot be refunded for a meal I did not receive but was charged for today... Absolutely shocking customer service again! How is this fair? How is this legal?
@Uber_Support You have now decided I need to repay a further £46... So in essence I will be paying in total £51 for a meal I never received... Your assistants keep saying that I will be disappointed. I cannot work out how this is legal!!! And no one will answer me... Shocking customer service
@Uber_Support Absolutely appalled by your customer service, you decided not to refund a meal that was not delivered. PayPal ruled in my favour and refunded me £5 from a £46 order. You have now decided to refund me £5 as a goodwill gesture but as PayPal thought you acting fraudulently
@Uber_Support Tried that 3 times @Uber_Support was advised by Advisor Mian Muhammad Aneeb that I would be disappointed but I could share my experience next time to help others?!? No refund! No food! How does that work?
