@1edmountain @highlandaudi @AudiUK I’ve spoken to Birmingham and Cardiff Audi this morning about buying a Q4 etron. Cardiff were meant to call me back at 11, Birmingham at 12. Neither have done so. When I called Cardiff at 1134, they were too busy to speak to me and offered me a call back 🤷‍♀️

@EE over a month since my parents switched from BT to EE for their landline and broadband. Their phone number still hasn’t been transferred and they can’t make outgoing calls. They are in their 80s and live in rural mid Wales. The phone is their lifeline.

Numerous web chats and inbound phone calls from EE/Openreach later it’s still not sorted. Why can’t you send an engineer to sort it for them?
