Sadly Samsung refuse to replace my FOLD cover which is now defective as it will no longer stick, as I got it as part of the deal.

When your DPD driver can't be bothered to do the deliver and exchange of your Samsung phone but instead takes a pic of your house and says your not in. All caught on cam!! Weirdly I was also standing at the door and he saw me!

Just one of many disappointments since arriving at your hotel. In 8 hours we had - tiny dirty room, another dirty room, stained bed sheets etc.
After staying at various H10 hotels, including H10 Porto Benidorm only a few weeks ago, this has put me off rebooking!
