@AXS_UK@radiohead @AVX_UK The problem is not demand, but poor software choices. (1) Don't offer me tickets I can't buy. (2) Don't log me out and block me after 5 "click and fail" on those tickets - what else can I do? (3) Don't block by IP when IPs from home broadband are dynamic/shared.
@AXS_UK - You block my IP, say I'm a bot/using a VPN (I'm not), and then when I finally click on a seat, you say "Oops, it's been booked already". For all seats. Utter frustration - no @radiohead tickets for us.
I see viagogo have some for £500+
@coldplay Account all ready and verified Weds eve. Signed in for the presale at 8:30 on the dot Thurs; ~100,000th in the waiting room. Today, 8:30 on the dot, @ticketmaster took over 2 hours to send a verification code for me to even enter the queue. "Code expired". Sad family.

It is disappointing, but not really unexpected, to see this take on the epidemic simulation code release: https://t.co/qJsaYpvcjW If we accept it at face value, we have a retired software engineer making the case that non-determinism in a simulation shows incompetence. I am all \
The Imperial College epidemic simulation code that I helped a little on is now public: https://t.co/LBVAgsE4AY I am a strong proponent of public code for models that may influence policy, and while this is a "release" rather than a "live" depot, it is a Good Thing.
