Without accepting your gesture @Aldi_Ireland. Found a mouse wrapped up in dog food and this is the official response. My concerns have not been addressed because I don’t think the mouse got into the bag outside of the factory wrapped itself in food, died and gathered mould!

@Aldi_Ireland No thanks, already called into your store and went through the form filling weeks ago. Gave you plenty of time and opportunity. I think the mouse embedded in the food is evidence enough of rodent activity, don’t you?
