Officially leaving Twitter. I'll be on Better Twitter but at least for the foreseeable future I'll be ignoring everything political.
I'm done caring. I got mine and don't care who gets what's left. That's the winning strategy, right?
At least here's some good news.
Though I don't understand why someone would vote for women to have basic Human Rights but also vote for the person responsible for taking them away.

@hurliAnna @amy_kinz Inflation has already slowed, jobs have been created, and gas prices are down.
What you need to not worry about is that early voting favors rural voters who tend to be more Republican. Once all the votes in more population-dense areas are in we'll hopefully see better results.
@JLMoonlight92 @Britta319 Early results favor small rural towns where votes are easier to count and Republicans tend to live. Later when big metropolitan areas turn in their results the red lead vanishes and Republicans claim the Democrats are cheating.
So let me get this straight. Elon can hand out million dollar checks to voters who sign his petition, but volunteers can’t hand out water to people waiting in line to vote?
As Twitter is now scraping our posts to each AI, I am considering just posting random nonsense. I'll start with a Steve Martin classic.
May I moo moo dogface in the banana patch?
@IAmPoliticsGirl It's not that they aren't taking him seriously.
It's that they are taking him seriously, and they agree with him.
And I think that's far worse.
So this just popped in my head and I have to type it before it goes away:
Lourde, singing Billy Joel's "We Didn't Start The Fire" to the tune of her own song "Royals"
