@RavenSoftware 2 shot kill on interceptor is reasonable and in line with other weapons of its kind in the past. I could totally get on board with removing its one shot headshot though.

@BlizzardCS Any time the game is remotely popular the servers absolutely cannot handle it. I know it's not your fault and these are just the things that the higher-ups make you say, but if the devs were actually working on these issues when they happened, they would stop happening.

@BlizzardCS Shouldn't there be a queue system that keeps this kind of thing from happening? It's just that this same thing was happening on the 9.0 PTR and in the 9.0 prepatch. And now it's exactly the same again. This is not a new bug. I'm not sure why it's not being given a higher priority

@ckaleiki I think that the first two for WW seem interesting. I hated emperor's capacitor in legion. The xuens battlegear (assuming from ToS tier set bonuses) seems lackluster as a legendary effect. I'm sure that the hope is to just not make something super OP, just keep iterating.

@MatthewPerry I find breathing exercises really help alot. You could also try the Bose sleep buds. They are supposed to be really helpful for blocking out unwanted noises and replacing them with relaxing ones.
