#ColumbiaPDSC investigators have charged 40-yr-old James Gilmore in connection w/the fatal hit & run of Xavier Jackson who was walking along Bluff Rd. on 10/7. Gilmore allegedly drove off the roadway, striking Jackson & leaving the crime scene. The victim was discovered on 10/8.
