Once again ( 3x in 2 weeks) the 07.02 grk west to Glasgow is cancelled . Result to me is on top of my £170 season ticket ive now spent a further £25 on bus tickets . Just not good enough .
@ScotRail whats the actual reason the train was " faulty " this time ?

@ScotRail you have had well over a week to fix this I now cant use the old app for anything except showing my current season ticket and even that has a pop up in front of the qr code . Is anyone actually going to admit this is a shambles or r u keep thanking folk for patience until Xmas?

So , I have a valid season ticket from the old app . I used it successfully even when the new app launched , today I cant load it coz it wants be to download the new app which I shouldn't need too until it expires .any help?

@ScotRail It's a solution certainly but one I shouldn't need to bother with if the old and new apps were to work as you guys advised. Perhaps not passing the issue to ur passengers to fix and just sorting it would be a better help ?
