We have WhatsApp for family group chats, Twitter for breaking news, and Instagram for the vibes.

But there has never been a dedicated space for Nigerians to just be real with each other, connect, and hold the country accountable together.

So I built Wetin Dey 🇳🇬. 🧵👇

@ArianHeydarix @ZamDeveloper Thanks @ArianHeydarix, really appreciate the outside check. Good point on RLS: I'll test every table with just the anon key and no session. Which tables or endpoints did you look at? Happy to hear anything else you spot.

But we also know Nigerians love to socialize and have fun. So we are bringing the vibes! 🎮

We are building Live Voice-Chat Gaming Rooms. 4 players can squad up and play while the whole community spectates and vibes live. It’s the ultimate Naija digital lounge.

And because we want real change, we built it for accountability.

If something is wrong in your environment, you can report it. We automatically strip all EXIF data (GPS, device info) from your photos and videos, so you can speak up with 100% anonymity. No fear.

Wetin Dey is our country on the internet.

It’s a social community where you can join Spaces, gist, and share what’s happening in your area , without being limited by status, gender, or age. It’s a place to just talk am as e dey happen.
