A distressed citizen went to the DM office pleading for help. His elderly mother was brutally attacked by monkeys in their village, suffering severe head injuries that needed multiple stitches. He had already filed written complaints with the District Forest Officer (DFO), but no action was taken.

Instead of listening with empathy, the DM was seen continuously scrolling on his phone, completely ignoring the man’s painful appeal — no eye contact, no response, no assurance.

This video has triggered massive public anger, with people calling it a clear example of administrative apathy.

Where should common citizens go when those in power don’t even listen?

आप के राज में बस एक इकोलॉजिकल साईट जो रामसर साईट भी बन सकती है उसको प्रोटेक्ट करने के लिए
आज तक कोई डेटा नहीं मिला , मेल का कोई रिप्लाई नहीं और वो साईट ४००० एकर से १००० एकर बची है

Already filed second appeal for multi department failures in this regard.
Once a 5000 plus acre site is now reduced to 1000 acres and encroachment has been almost till main bed of floodplains.
Will do everything till I save it.
If not here PIL is the way

Plz convey a simple message of village heads of Rapti flood plain wetlands(PS Pathara ) to aware local hunters trapping , killing of migratory birds which arrive in thousands these day
