Anyone else think we should be boycotting paying for our trains until they use our money on improving the fucking service?
Or should we just invoice SE for our time?
@Se_Railway why am I 25 mins into a journey not moving with no announcement. It's because you're drivers are embarrassed to talk to us cos this happens every day. Signal problems at lewisham. You'd think you'd fucking fix it if it happens every day
@virginmedia Last time I wanted to give my notice I was told I can't if I want an engineer out.. making it terribly difficult to leave you here, seems unfair to me
@virginmedia did I really just call up, spend 15 mins waiting to be put through to retentions to be told to call back in 2 hours?
Obviously I know the service is a joke hence calling retention, but ...
@virginmedia Terrible ping in my area. Was told needed engineer, take time off work to be here, he tells me it's overpopulation that's due to be resolved mid October? Want to terminate contract of this is what I'm now paying for
@Se_Railway could we not warn people at the station before people commit themselves to the train hour at from hell? I'm sure I'm not the only one who will have to get a taxi this evening, so why am I sat on a min moving train for almost 40 mins if someone could have warned us..
@virginmedia is the a problem in the se12 area? Just spent half hour on the phone to be told Monday for someone to come but probably will be diagnosed as an area fault? One of many I'll add. I'm not desperate to book half a day off work to find out it's another area fault....
