Success at Brighton & Hove City Council yesterday💥 The shop was historically a butchers, and in its last guise was a purveyor of ‘adult items’. The building will now undergo a sympathetic restoration to provide a new dwelling for our client’s family. #WINNING
Listed Building Consent has been granted by #ChichesterDistrictCouncil for the extension of the old blacksmith’s cottage in #Bosham. The contemporary sculptural design by @helyerdavies architects will be executed in Cor-Ten steel in reference to its historic use.
Using our expertise in design, heritage & planning policy, we successfully defended an appeal for Mid Sussex District Council. The Planning Committee refused an application for 34 houses. On the basis that the scheme was out of character, we defended the council’s decision.
