@shonalouiseblog @TfL Farringdon staff for underground are poor. The ramp is also located at fair end of platform. Not middle? From kgx to zfd if you get on one before or after disabled carriage the gap is narrow.

The whole platform at Milan station is raised; the ramp from @TrenordOfficial train extends automatically. Loads of room for me, including a designated space for two wheelchair users to sit side by side! Unheard of in UK.
