Discussed here more in-depth. The burden of proof is ultimately on him, and he failed to produce any sort of followup. He opted to nuke everything instead and pretend it never happened.

@ultr4nima So did you play on those servers? The map doesn't matter. The general behavior of all present and former TF2C staff there is abhorrent.

Likewise, how would a 14 year old, who coincidentally became a TF2C dev just "randomly" come across this video barely scraping a few 100 views?
