@joansview@neontaster Are you of the opinion that rapists shouldn’t face any consequences for their actions, and should be free to rape whoever they want?
@DrAPearson@a_newsman “Weapons of war” is a meaningless rhetorical term that can be reformatted to fit whatever you want to ban at any given point.
Dems certainly do own guns, and they’re trying to make sure nobody else in the future can own the ones they do.
@anka_128@spectralfrenzie@SufrinSuccotash@centristpeater Seems like a better option would be to start a legal defense fund where they can get thousands or millions of dollars in damages from the government, if it is an illegal detainment
@cleobug101@dieselclipz If it was in higher demand, there would be a greater supply of dollars allocated to that. I’m not sure how these dots aren’t connecting in your mind when you clearly understand the basics of it.
@ResistTribalism@33_boogie@ChrisCuomo The second is clearly worse. Are you advocating for the position that we shouldn’t punish people in violation of federal law, though?
@andr3w_tx@TheBrianShapiro@nickshirleyy He was a cable show host and does the exact same form of journalism now as nick shirley - live-streaming or video content.
If anything, his show hosting counts as negative points for journalistic reputation.
@ResistTribalism@33_boogie@ChrisCuomo Okay so then these people can serve five years and be pardoned after that, just like J6ers were! Glad we all agree here
@yuhline It would lift everyone over the current threshold of the poverty line *right now*. After that were to occur, the current poverty line would no longer apply due to inflationary pressures driving costs up due to having greater numbers of people bidding on the same number of goods.
@homosexualmouse Men tend to rely much less on external validation to reinforce their choices. If the choice is bad, it’ll be self evident, while women tend to place more value in grading the choice based on how others perceive it
