no you can't just sample anything, you do need to get things cleared

If they had used ai to created a similar animation no one would have cared but they simply painted over someone else's work.

The program evidently can't generate its own animation and you negated to state that and posted it like it was all done within

If I found someone's demo song and plugged it into ai and it added onto it and produced it then I randomly post it.... I stole their work.

Tracing art is part of the craft, light boxes were created exactly to do so but tracing art to pass as your own is a no go.

Fan art vs someone's original matter a lot also
