Decided it was finally time to learn about Physically Based Rendering. I wrote a new renderer and delved into the theory.
I can't go back now, I can only go deeper.
(Next up IBL)
@lefticus I'm gonna plug our student project https://t.co/m07DzFEMdc. A bit rough around the edges but we had a lot of good feedback during our playday. Meant for 4 players, local co-op 2v2
The game that I have been working on, alongside 13 other very talented developers, has won 3 prizes during the @bredauas industry showcase day, out of which one was ‘industry choice’. I am beyond exhilarated even now, two days later! It has been a blast!
During today's Industry Showcase at @BuasGames, Critical Mass, the team I've been a part of for the past 8 weeks has won 3 awards for our game Meltdown Madness, including Industry Choice and Best Y1 game! I want to thank everyone who voted for us, and also our amazing team!
Today during the @BuasGames Industry Showcase our game received 3 awards! I just can't express my happiness right now.
I want to again thank my team for this short but wild and fun ride, let's do more projects together in the future!

@JakubDering @KostasAAA I'd say https://t.co/uOwDrIBoo3, its a fairly extensive resource that is a good starting point (though some c++ knowledge is recommended). There is also https://t.co/iBEWvVG3m5 but I have not used this resource personally.
My first year at @BuasGames as a programmer just ended and it has been such an amazing experience.
I got to learn so much during this year. The wide variation of things we got to build within just a single year was awesome. Can't wait to start the next year!

Truly an amazing experience! Love to see it done but sad to know it's over.
Grab 3 other eligible sloths and check Meltdown Madness out! You will have a blast!
Genuinely some of the most fun I’ve had in a while. Thank you to everyone in our team, truly amazing people. If you have some free time, please check out our game, I hope you have as much fun playing it as we had developing it!
We just released our game: 'Meltdown Madness'
https://t.co/gFxFcdfSXk
It's a game about two groups of sloth mechanics working in a nuclear power plant, fighting each other for the sweet title of 'Employees of the Month'.

Our game Meltdown Madness🦥 is done!✨ Grab some friends and some controllers to see if you can beat them in generating more power for your nuclear powerplant in this sloth society. Play this chaotic 2v2 couch game on Itch: https://t.co/iBPIzXDd9d

I added an 'Emergency Disco Button' to our lobby level.
I'm a strong believer that every game needs an emergency disco button.

@UnrealEngine In Unreal Engine 5.0.1 there is a bug with custom stencils, when used in a post processing shader they straight up just cut out the rendered object, and then overwrite whatever you do to them. Please fix, I wasted so much time.
