China got factories to put it's labor into manufacturing. India lacks the same manufacturing economy. So it has lots of surplus labor that will work at fairly cheap wages doing service jobs.

Nobody wants servants. They simply live in a place where capital is lacking and labor is plentiful. The West was like that for many centuries as well.

As soon as people get capital, the servants go away. Eg my aunt just got rid of her maid in favor of a (much cuter) Roomba.

One Dead After Two Helicopters Collide in Nepal’s Everest Region

One person has died after two helicopters collided while landing at the Pheriche helipad in Nepal’s Everest region. According to officials, a Fishtail Air helicopter and an Air Dynasty helicopter were involved in the accident. A foreign tourist aboard the Fishtail Air helicopter was killed, while Air Dynasty pilot Captain Rabindra Prajapati sustained injuries. The Fishtail Air helicopter was piloted by Captain Prajjwal KC.
