Everyone is carrying something.
Some carry silence they learned too early.
Some carry love that was never returned.
Some carry pain they were never allowed to name.
What we call personality…
is often just what we learned to carry.
Not just what happened
what it turned us into.
At midnight, when the world is quiet, we become aware of all that we carry dreams, responsibilities, fears, hopes, disappointments, Some burdens weigh us down, while others shape us into stronger versions of ourselves.
Some of the strongest people are not strong.
They are just highly skilled at delaying their emotions until it’s safe to feel them.
And midnight is usually when that delay expires.
That’s when everything they’ve been avoiding quietly shows up at once.
People don’t always respond from the present moment.
Sometimes they respond from old wounds, old fears,
and versions of themselves that never felt safe.
Take a deep breath.
You have carried enough for one heart.
Today, allow yourself to laugh a little louder,
rest a little longer,
feel light again,
and simply exist without guilt.
Every second doesn’t have to be survival mode.
Be honest…
Have you ever acted “unbothered”
when your mind was actually loud,
your thoughts were heavy,
and you were overthinking everything in silence?
Smiling outside…
while everything inside felt like too much.
@What We Carry
In the brightness of today, may you find reasons to smile, strength to keep going, and moments that remind you life is still full of beauty.
Have a beautiful day
@jon_d_doe Our parents and schools needs to do more on financial education.
It is the lack of financial literacy that makes people engage in such risky and no profit yield contribution.
