Go check the census options now, “white (not of hispanic origin)” and “white (of Hispanic origin)”.

The hole are there for two reasons: 1) So counters can confirm that the ballot HAS been removed and isn't still in the envelope, and 2) so visually impaired voters can easily identify the signature line.
