The Running Grave was... disturbing. Had a lot of trouble reading through it. 😬 Probably my least favorite Strike so far. Felt more like a horror novel than a detective story.
@loonalovegood25 Yeah - although I was surprised the grinding wasn't even necessary, the required xp points filled up very fast, making the aode quests somewhat pointless.
I finally had some free time and decided to play through #HogwartsLegacy . Here's my review as a #HarryPotter fan who works with games. Short summary: a relatively nicely done game that offered me next to nothing as a Harry Potter fan. (thread)
Anyway. Was this game as bad as I feared? No. It was fairly good in terms of just being a game. Almost like a cozy game that can be played very leisurely. Did it make me excited as a Harry Potter fan? No, as it didn't offer me the story and the lore I love. Pure eye candy.
Not to mention how much of the game happened underground! I mean... the abundance of caves and mines in this game was a bit ridiculous when there was the very cool Hogwarts building in which to set quests.
Every time I open twitter I’m horrified by my feed. I don’t think this place is healthy for anyone. I just like Harry Potter, and my feed is not representing that at all. This platform sucks, especially now that there is no news about Fantastic Beasts.
