Don't just go to the gym to lift weights. Build functional strength. Do cardio. Learn to box or kick box. Don't be weak, don't be a victim, be ready to help others and defend yourself.
Finally got my @WheyfuProtein energy and hydration stuff (I accidentally shipped it to a family member) after spending like a month without it and it's crazy the difference it makes. Melon Creamsicle still the goated flavor.
