We are training professionals to take a forensic approach to coercive control, stalking, and related homicides and suicides. I have written about the importance of the forensic approach in the ‘current practice in forensic medicine’ book, about forensic investigation and the Homicide Timeline in ‘In Control’ that is a framework basis for the forensic approach. It’s needed to raise the status of these crimes and hold the perpetrators to account.
