Moving is not a bonus. It's a cost to improve your life.

Also I just realized that if home is a depreciating asset, then rent is an increasing liability.

@LinkofSunshine Yes, renting is better than owning as an investment. But owning has other benefits like having a place to live your whole life. Also even as an investment a bank will give you more money to buy a house that to invest. So lower rate of return can give you a higher return overall

So now they will print fallout 76s until they become independent.

@LinkofSunshine Cancer screenings on a general population has a net negative effect. This is true. There are some cases where a person with increased risk or some symptoms will get the benefit. So if your doctor suggests it. It's probably going to be better to do it.
