@Gargaliarhs @7R7G7 All Hakari has to do to be safe is throw up the sign, Ryu needs to charge up, shoot and wait for the blast to actually hit. The only way he could hit that before Hakari does his DE is if he fired it at the exact second JP ended, but then again Hakari isn't stupid
