Lauri is like the 100th %ile outcome of an off the ball big forward that can cut, shoot, come off screens, and score in post against mismatches.

He’s very good.

Trading away a walking top-5 defense with an insane ceiling for a non-star, non self-creator, while also paying him 46/49/53 million dollars, while also completely pivoting away from defensive identity to run a Lauri/Duren frontcourt (bottom 10 defense incoming) would be catastrophic.
