@mr_jashie@Rylands420@2ndRules1st@ChrisTwiggsPM You stated “but don't have any real world understanding”. Those aren’t accomplishments, that’s the evidence of my “real world understanding”. You assumed I didn’t understand, I’m telling you I do.
@mr_jashie@Rylands420@2ndRules1st@ChrisTwiggsPM Oh, I also did what I mentioned above to get my first house. I’m not talking from a hypothetical I’m talking about something I did myself. It’s not easy but it’s possible.
@Rylands420@2ndRules1st@ChrisTwiggsPM Average housing in your area is $178,000 which means with an FHA loan you would only need 6,230. That means if you got a part time job on the weekend for 8 hours each day it would take you about a year and 2 months of hard grinding to buy the average house.
@maidmadchen@NancyMace I don’t remember how old I am half the time let alone my husband. After a certain age you just kind of don’t care about the number.
Ay yo, @Fat_Electrician you should look into @RealBuccees currently trying to sue a ton of small businesses in Ohio. The one in Beavercreek, OH has been open since 1952. Buc-ee’s has been here since April.
@cartierfamilyZ@vedantvedantved Was a teacher for 10 years. Can confirm this is 100%. Kids literally get physically and sometimes violently ill from school lunches.
@lisg71685@FarmBoyJeff1 I have travelled up there from 1997-2014. Again, I said I traveled to Ontario every summer. You were acting like this is just a “day ruin(er)” to us. I’m telling you it’s not so please stop acting like we’re just entitled brats when this is killing our neighbors.
@lisg71685@FarmBoyJeff1 Is there or is there not a management system that could have prevented this or at minimum reduced the impact? Forestry management, controlled burns, fire lines, etc. I lived in NW Ohio my entire childhood and traveled to Ontario this time every summer. This was never an issue…
@FarmBoyJeff1@lisg71685 Ohio. It won’t be classified as smoke inhalation but will be classified as respiratory failure, cardiac arrest, COPD exacerbation or asthma attack to name a few. Not to mention this is going to screw up Ohio soil which hurts our agriculture and livestock.
@lisg71685@FarmBoyJeff1 It’s not just ruining our day. We have people dying. Our fire scanner has been going off all day of people having difficultly breathing and they’re not making it because they’re rural and EMS takes 30+ minutes to get to them depending if the squad is on another run.
@annemargaretj Weve sent mutliple 20 man federal wildfire crews, tons of civilian firefighters have come and we’ve sent a bunch of air tankers. What more do you want? Us to shut up while you kill people? Our scanner has been going off all day of people having difficultly breathing.
@YeezyTaughtMe72 We’ve sent multiple 20 person federal wildfire crews, civilian firefighters and air tankers to help. The real difference is the news here talks about how you helped us, yours doesn’t talk about how we helped you.
Hey @CanadianPM can you please deal with your wildfires and maybe do some forest management? I’d really like to be able to go outside in SOUTHERN OHIO and be able to breath without breathing in the result of your piss poor forest management. Controlled burns are a thing…
@kidontrench@FreddyLA7 We use ours to protect our livestock from predators. It is also helpful when the nearest law enforcement is a 40 minute drive away on a good day and theres a meth head trying to break into your house.
@Hamiltonstears@BuzzPatterson He could have still protested and taken care of his family. He only had to do it out of uniform. The question what was his purpose of doing it IN uniform?
@FreddyLA7@katesbooksnooks Come on down to Adams/Scioto county! We have a huge Amish community here I would love to introduce you to! We’re on the border of Kentucky. If you’re in the area my husband and I would love to be your tour guides!
