This afternoon we continued our learning on baptism and had our own role play baptism service. The children were fantastic! @SchoolWhitegate

This morning Rowan have been busy starting to learn about time. We have started off by looking at the features of a cloak and learning the meaning of o’clock. ⏰ @SchoolWhitegate

What an amazing day celebrating David Attenborough’s birthday 🎉 and our world 🌎. We created poetry, painted rocks and planted flowers as part of our unselfish act. 🌸 🐞 🐛 @SchoolWhitegate

What an incredible day we have had celebrating David Attenborough. We’ve combined so much of our Science and Art learning this afternoon. Stick weaving, rock painting and planting all preparing for our unselfish act inspired by David. Happy 100th birthday David! @SchoolWhitegate

To start the day we headed to the animal meet and greet pen to learn all about some special animals. We were very gentle and met Jam the rat! We even got to see the brand new hamster litter. @SchoolWhitegate

On Friday afternoon Rowan combined our science learning with our lashes art topic. Inspired by Fauna we chose our own animal and had a sketch. We even sat in the sunshine to watercolour them. @SchoolWhitegate
