@EveAinsworth Vitalite is PERFECT. And Flora have just brought out a butter block that doesn't smell hideous like Pure, doesn't go greasy like Trex, and tastes divine. It's called Flora B+tter and they do it in salted and unsalted varieties. Costs about the same as dairy butter too
